This Course introduces you to improveit 360's Appointment Scheduling functionality. Whether you Assign the Appointment to a Sales Rep when you set the Appointment, or you Assign Appointments the day before, improveit 360 can accommodate your business processes. 

In this Course we will also show how to Assign Appointments using the Staff Calendar drag-n-drop feature and how to work through a List of Appointments that need to be Confirmed with the Prospect.

Finally we'll show you how to Cancel and Reschedule Appointments.
