A taster of the online programmes available with the National Association of Jewellers
JET Essentials Jewellery Module
This introductory module is mandatory for the industry recognised 'JET 1' (Professional Jewellers' Certificate), so completing it means you’ve officially started your jewellery journey, and are on the path to your first JET qualification!
What do you get?
This module is comprised of the following six lessons, followed by a short quiz.
- Jewellery findings
- Earrings and body jewellery
- Necklaces and Necklets
- Brooches
- Bracelets and Bangles
- Mens jewellery.
Once you've completed all six lessons (and passed the short quiz!), you'll be able to print out a certificate of learning for your records, share with your employer, and even show off on social media?!
Please note: When entering your name on the registration page (next page), don't forget to write your name out in full as you would like it to appear on your certificate!
What will you learn?
The aim of this training course is to introduce you to:
- The different types of jewellery on offer
- Manufacturing techniques and fastenings for different types of jewellery
