How Laminate is Made, IPC Standards such as IPC 4101, IPC 4103, IPC4202, 4203, 4204, What is prepreg and its pressed thickness, Standard Multilayer Builds..., Flexible Materials such as Pyralux FR, LF and AP, Laminate properties such as Tg, Er, Td, Z expansion

At the end their will be an exam, to establish what you have learned.
