Welcome to the Admin CTMLS Course

The first portion of this course will inform you of the CHS Regional MLS Rules & Regulations that you must abide by as a user in the residential MLS.

The second portion will provide an overview of the basic functions of our residential MLS system, FlexMLS. 

Both portions will include a brief test to verify participation, you must complete the full course and pass both exams to receive your certificate, which will allow you to receive your MLS credentials within 24 business hours after completion.
