What you’ll do

As our product marketeer, you’ll work closely with Brian from sales to form our compact and agile marketing and sales team. Together, you’ll focus on growing our client base of training providers and consultants who use Easy LMS to scale their training services.

You’ll collaborate across teams — sales, support, and product — and report directly to our CEO. Your job is to execute a marketing strategy that drives growth and communicates our product’s value clearly and compellingly.

Here’s what that looks like:

🎯 Own and drive marketing performance

  • Take responsibility for key marketing KPIs: website traffic, demo and trial conversions, and pipeline growth.

  • Launch targeted B2B marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads.

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and optimize it based on data-driven insights.

🧠 Tell a compelling product story

  • Craft and maintain a clear, high-converting product narrative across the Easy LMS website.

  • Define messaging for new features and updates across all channels.

  • Continuously refine our positioning and value proposition by analyzing client behavior, feedback, and competitor offerings.

🌐 Manage and evolve our online presence

  • Own and manage our website — optimize the UX, conversion flows, and performance.

  • Work with our website partner to implement improvements and new features.

  • Lead and grow an SEO strategy that drives engagement and revenue.

  • Broaden our marketing channels beyond inbound SEO to reach our audience more effectively.

🤝 Collaborate across the business

  • Align closely with sales, support, and product to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all touchpoints.

  • Work with the product owner to align marketing efforts with the product roadmap.

  • Gain direct insights from our support team and clients to better understand user needs.

✍️ Create impactful marketing materials

  • Develop case studies, client interviews, whitepapers, product blogs, and sales materials in collaboration with support and sales.

A day you will love:

A day you will love:

You start the day by reading up on outstanding Slack messages over an espresso. Then you prepare for a meeting with support and the product owner for the launch of an important new feature: scalable learning paths.

Part of the team works remotely, so you join a video call. You discuss what content we need and where we will communicate the launch of the scalable learning paths. This feature will save our clients tons of time scaling their training service.

In your weekly check-in with the product owner you discuss the next feature on the roadmap and learn what other features have been added, so you know what’s coming up and can start thinking about campaigns and changes to the website.

You take some quiet time to work on the plan and content for the launch of the scalable learning paths feature.

We serve an elaborate lunch with boiled eggs, local cheeses, and organic bread toppings.

More quiet time so you can work on the campaign for the feature launch. When you’re done, you ask the support team for feedback

You review campaign data, draft a report, and plan improvements ahead of tomorrow’s strategy check-in with sales and the COO.

You have received feedback on a whitepaper you wrote a week ago and process this to make it final.

This is where you’ll see yourself:

We've noticed that a marketeer with a genuine passion for client-focused SaaS solutions tends to thrive in our dynamic and fast-paced environment.

You are a match if you meet the majority of the following requirements:

  • Have 3 to 5 years of experience as a general product marketeer for a SaaS company, and you know how to position a SaaS product in the market.

  • Have a bachelor’s degree in marketing (or equivalent working experience/mindset).

  • Are available for 32-40 hours a week.

  • Your happy place is making the marketing strategy come to life, where necessary, working with our external partners and freelancers.

  • You’re familiar with a wide variety of marketing tools and campaign options and know how to pick the one that best fits our target audience and our company culture.

  • You know how to turn client insights into effective marketing campaigns.

  • You’re analytical and have a can-do mentality, so you can measure, analyse, and improve the impact of your campaigns.

  • Have experience or are interested in working in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment.

  • Speak and write English fluently (it’s our company and source language).

  • Live in the Netherlands (with a valid work permit).

It would be fantastic if you are highly interested in or have experience with:

  • CMSs

  • Newsletter systems

  • YouTube

  • Google Ads

  • LinkedIn Ads

  • Google Analytics

  • Webmaster tools

What we offer in return:

  • An international team of young and more experienced colleagues who support each other with feedback.

  • Personal development is a top priority!

    • Learn by stepping out of your comfort zone, making mistakes, and growing from them.

    • Devote six weeks each year to enhance and broaden your skills.

    • Participate in (online) courses and conferences of your choice!

  • A caring company that offers:

    • Monthly chair massages

    • Healthy communal lunch catering to dietary preferences

    • No overtime, promoting work-life balance

    • Alternating work weeks with play weeks for side projects, technical exploration, and skill growth

    • Customizable hardware for optimal work conditions (standing desk, multiple screens, monitor glasses, etc.)

    • Paid parental leave

  • An excellent working atmosphere with regular barbecues, movie nights, game evenings, (online) team activities, and celebratory champagne for success!

  • We embrace a hybrid work style: at least two office days and the flexibility to choose your workspace on other days.

Frequently asked questions

What are the training opportunities within the company?

Your personal development is our top priority. At our company, you learn mainly by doing and stepping out of your comfort zone. We encourage you to take on tasks you've never done before with guidance. You are given time and space to explore how things work. Learning is integrated into the feature delivery process in our environment, so there's no time pressure! Furthermore, it's absolutely okay to make mistakes; we provide a safe space for that. Everyone here understands that mistakes are the best teachers.

You will have a coach who will guide you in achieving your personal goals. Together, you will determine the necessary steps to get there. If it's a course you need, you'll have a budget for it. If attending a conference aligns better with your goals, you'll have the opportunity to go. We don't have a fixed training budget; instead, we assess your needs on a case-by-case basis.

Do I work from home or the office?

We love working in the office (because it's fun!), but we also support remote work. All logistics and structures are designed accordingly, so working from home is effortless. We also have a remote-first policy, which means, among other things:

  • All important communication happens online via Slack.

  • All documentation is online.

  • Meetings are conducted online when >1 person are working remotely.
