What is the difference between the yearly and monthly prices?
If you choose yearly pricing, you pay a year ahead. In return, you get a 17% discount compared to monthly pricing. This option suits small and medium-sized businesses that use Easy LMS regularly and for the long term.
Monthly subscriptions are ideal when you want flexibility. Monthly subscriptions can be upgraded, downgraded, or canceled at any time.

Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time?
Let’s take a look at three possible situations:

If you have a trial subscription, it automatically ends after seven days. We will switch your account to a free Tiny Owl. You can upgrade to a paid subscription at any time.

If you have a monthly subscription, your subscription will automatically be renewed until you decide to cancel. You will always pay until the end of your subscription period. So, if your subscription runs to the 1st of May and you cancel it on the 3rd of April, you will pay for the rest of April.

If you have a yearly subscription, your subscription will automatically be renewed too. You can cancel it at any time. You will always pay until the end of your subscription period. So, if your subscription runs to the 1st of December and you cancel it on the 3rd of April, you will pay for the rest of the year. So, choose wisely when you cancel your subscription.
In all situations, we will switch your account to a free Tiny Owl at the end of your subscription or trial period. We store your data for two years in case you want to upgrade again.

If I don't pay per participant, what does the 'number of participant sessions per month' mean?
Every plan has a limit on participant sessions. This is the total number of times your participants can take Exams, Assessments, and Courses in your account in one month. You could have one participant take 25,000 Exams, for example, or 25,000 participants take one Exam. It means the same to us.

Do you also provide custom plans for franchises?

Do I need a credit card to create an account?
You do not need a credit card to create your account. You will not be charged after your trial ends. If you are satisfied after your trial, you can manually purchase a subscription of your choice.

Do you need help choosing the best subscription for your business?
We can imagine that the range of features on offer might be overwhelming. Which features do you absolutely need to create an impactful training program? And what features are nice to have but not necessary? Our subscription advisor will help you figure out which subscription is the best fit.
Do you need custom documentation?
We can offer you a ready-made data processing agreement (DPA) when needed. Unfortunately, our current pricing model isn’t calculated to include any other custom documentation. We will therefore ask for an extra fee for custom documentation, and we will first want to investigate the paperwork to see if it’s feasible for us. If you have a more lengthy supplier process and need us to sign custom documentation, please reach out to us in advance! Then we can see what is possible.
